- Free Re-Make: If the figurine doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll create a new one based on your feedback and ship it at no cost.
- Partial Refund: If you prefer not to request a re-make, we’ll provide a 50% refund without needing you to return the original figurine.
- Full Refund for Defects: For items that arrive damaged or defective, you’re eligible for a 100% refund or a free re-make.
What You Need to Do
- Contact Us Within 30 Days: Send an email to info@furryfigurines.com with your order details.
- Provide Photos: If the item is damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, include clear photos to help us assess the issue.
- Resolution Options: Choose between a re-make, partial refund, or full refund (for defective items).
Why No Returns?
Due to the custom-made nature of our figurines, we do not require you to send back the original product. This saves you the hassle and lets us focus on making improvements for you.
